If I could give a zero I would. The new head maintenance guy is non responsive. I put in several work orders that took weeks to fulfill. I called the emergency line and NO ONE responded til the next day! This place is going downhill Typical expected response. No need to reach out I’ve contacted the property manager but she couldn’t be bothered to respond because she’s never there. The minute my lease is up I’m moving to 2400 where they actually care about what the property looks like. Imagine pulling into your apartments, and several balconies are all boarded up…safety hazard much! No thank you.

Ashley has been absolutely wonderful from the start of looking into renting from here. She answered all of my concerns and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately my family and I were unable to move to Oklahoma and rent but I still wanted to provide a review. She went above and beyond my expectations and I'm truly grateful for it. If you are looking for an amazing place to rent please give them a try. You won't regret it! My only regret is not able to make the move from MD to OK.

I lived here for two years, the apartments are very nice to live and it has good amenities. I moved out in April of 2023, and I hope this help if you are deciding if you want to potentially live here. Each winter that I lived here cars are broken into and management does nothing about it for liability reasons. The office staff is nice however you have to constantly call and remind them and then maybe you might get something accomplished. I had a bug problem due to poor repaired ceiling from a flood and it took over 8 months to get it address which ended up with me moving out. To get my deposit back it took the apartment over three months because they kept mailing it to the wrong address (I assume they were mailing it to themselves) and not to my forwarding address. On my last days there the office staff allowed a third party company to move furniture into my apartment even thought it was clear that someone was living there and a bug problem that needed to be addressed before someone new moved in! When I lived here the pro’s of the amenities and the cozy community was not worth the headache of all the incompetence from the office people. Hopefully they will get new management eventually because it is has potential to be a great apartment complex. The maintenance guys were very nice and fixed things (typically) on a good turn around. In the future, I hope they are able to get a new management team to better address the problems of this apartment complex because it has good bones.

For $1600 a month you can get far better accommodations. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything next door. The maintenance staff is sub par and usually takes 4-7 days for a simple response.The only real amenity (Swimming pool) literally just opened in July! Limited parking and if you have guest you are really out of luck. On top of your rent and utilities they add on another 7/8 miscellaneous fees. Cars are vandalized weekly, they have cameras but yet they can never seem to see anything on them. Parking lots constantly filled with loose trash, valet trash will only pick up when they feel like it. Lots of kids that play baseball in the parking lot utilizing your car as a target. Countless emails and calls go unanswered. For your own sake please look elsewhere

Just don't. I don't even live here I just know someone who does who just very recently moved in. She has ALREADY decided she will not be renewing her lease. Pool was closed half the summer with no explanation. Say they are coming by to do inspections they never do. People taking off work for these things that never happen. When asked about it you just get blown off. Weird restrictions you can't do in your own home and considering what they cost they shouldn't be telling ANYONE what they can do inside their home especially stuff as weird as not burning candles 🙄 There's better out there don't choose here.
